CVAC YOGA INSTRUCTOR 

Born in Texas, Taylor was introduced to yogic postures in 2004 and experienced the many benefits of asana practice at an early age.
A decade later, in 2014, she began her teaching journey—intentionally pairing body and mind to help create a peaceful, healthful state for herself and others. She knew she had a passion for teaching after seeing and understanding the impact yoga classes could have on its students.
Upon her westward arrival in 2017, she began training in SUP yoga and eventually found her way into aerial arts, which she feels help to center her on and off the mat, amplifying the importance of breath and body connection and awareness.
Currently, she teaches on the water, on the beach and in the studio, holding a 500 hour, college-level teacher training certification.

SAVANNAH

Savannah Ingold is a native California girl. Born and raised in the mountains, Savannah always had a love for the outdoors and athletics. Competing in sports all throughout high school, Savannah fell in love with the feeling that working out gave her. After high school she continued running, and began doing yoga as a form of injury prevention. Shortly after she began her practice, Savannah knew yoga was going to be a big part of her life, and so in 2013 she received her 200 hour certification, and has been teaching ever since. Since that time, Savannah learned that she loved making people feel good about themselves, and so she attained her personal training certification in 2016. Since then , she has added a few more certifications, and continues to enjoy sharing yoga and fitness to those around her.

CAlyssa teaches a challenging yet relaxing vinyasa flow. Every class is a little different, and you can always expect to leave feeling refreshed. She incorporates breathwork into the entire practice to help deepen poses and quiet the mind. Her desire as a teacher is to create a space and class for her students to drop into their bodies and leave their stree on the sand.

Emily's yoga classes are challenging, yet accessible to all levels with clear instruction and options for each pose. Her classes can best be described as a power vinyasa flow that pushes both the mind and body. Emily's flow is purposeful sequence of dynamic movement, including sunsalutations, stamina building standing postures, and balance practice.. Come prepared to work up a sweat, but leave feeling well balanced and refreshed. She places heavy emphasis on performing postures with proper alignmnet through giving adjustment cues. Her goal is for each of her students to feel strong and confident in each pose. The true benefits of each pose are found when in proper alignment and Emily strives to show her students what they are capable of accomplishing.
